Dwight R. Penn, CMCA®, AMS®, CPM® - CEO

Dwight has been a leading force in shaping the association management industry for more than 28 years. He acquired Real Property Management, Inc. in 1983 and built the company into Central Ohio’s preeminent manager of Community Associations.

Working continually over that period of time to raise the level of ethics and professionalism in the association management industry, Dwight has also been a leading advocate for homeowner issues. He was a founding member of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and has served as a Trustee and as their President. He continues to serve on the Ohio Legislative Action Committee, the political action wing of CAI. In this capacity he worked on behalf of homeowners for passage of HB 135 to improve Ohio’s condominium statute.

Dwight has been recruited as a speaker and has taught classes on virtually every aspect of association management to classes of homeowners, Realtors, attorneys, and other professionals before the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, the Community Associations Institute, the Columbus Apartment Association, and many other groups.


Sandi Crnko, CMCA®, AMS®, CAPS®, CPM®, PCAM® - President

Sandi joined RPM in 2002 bringing an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate management spanning 30 years. Sandi holds several designations specific to residential and association management: CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), CPM (Certified Property Manager), CAPS (Certified Association Property Specialist), Notary Public, AMS (Association Management Specialist) and is currently seeking the PCAM. Sandi currently serves as the Broker for Real Property Management, Inc., is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Sandi also serves on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of Community Association Institute.


Jennifer Elswick, CMCA®, AMS® - Senior Community Association Manager

Jennifer joined RPM in 2002. Jennifer comes to RPM with twenty years of experience in account management and customer retention in both a national and global capacity. She has a highly intuitive sense of customer needs and enjoys working with clients on a daily basis. Jennifer has been a property manager since joining RPM, and has worked extensively with our Developer Boards. Because of her knowledge and experience, Jennifer was promoted to a Senior Manager role to assist in training and mentoring. She earned her CMCA designation in 2007 and AMS in 2008.


Aimee Myers, CMCA®, AMS® – Senior Community Association Manager

Aimee Myers has played an active role in the property management industry for twenty-one years. She is well versed in the day to day operations of property management and commercial management including new construction and rehab projects. Aimee began working for Associa, Real Property Management, Inc. in November 2005 as a portfolio manager for condominium associations and homeowner associations. She has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations, CMCA and Association Management Specialist, AMS through the Community Associations Institute. Aimee graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Aimee was promoted to Senior Property Manager to assist during transitions, staff changes and mentoring.


Sheri Burke, CMCA® - Accounting Manager

Sheri joined RPM in 2002 bringing with her 19 years of experience in community management accounting. She has her BS in Accounting from Ohio State University. She also is a Notary Public and has her CMCA distinction. Sheri oversees the operations of our client accounting department as well as RPM’s corporate bookkeeping.


Michael Sharp - Service Manager

Michael joined RPM in 2010 as the Service Manager. He has more than 30 years experience in the maintenance and service industry. Prior to working for RPM, Michael worked in commercial restoration, interior remodeling and commercial build-out projects. He has previously owned his own maintenance services business and is certified in home inspections.
